Amber Jack
Not as valued for the table but a great sport fish to catch, these powerful fish typically inhabit the reef edges and shipwrecks. Typically caught by bottom fishing methods they certainly can bend a rod and have saved many of the slower days on the water with some exciting fishing. There are several species of Jack fish and they can potentially reach heavy weights in the 60-100lb. range.
