Expedition Fishing

Snapper

Mutton and Yellowtail are some of the best eating fish on the planet. These sub species of snapper are caught both off Florida and the Bahamas with light tackle bottom fishing. Chumming yellowtail snapper is exciting when you see hundreds of fish right behind the boat. When the fishing is good you can catch hundreds looking for the larger “flag” yellowtails that are best to filet for the table. There are many species of deep water snapper caught deep dropping that are colorful, clean fish that are also some of the best to eat.
