Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi, aka. Dorado or Dolphin are fairly common year round in both Florida and the Bahamas. Typically spring and early summer produce the most numbers and larger fish. These colorful and aerobatic fish can show up at any time. Pleasing to the eye, wonderful fighters and amazing table fare make these the fish that truly give it all. Typical fish are in the 5-20lb range but fish up to 60lb’s and above have been frequently caught by the crew. Trolling, live baiting, kite fishing and casting jigs or flies can catch these wonderful fish.
